Russia
MEASURE Evaluation’s work in Russia focused on the Russia Longitudinal Monitoring Survey - Higher School of Economics (RLMS-HSE), which was a series of nationally representative household-based surveys designed to monitor effects of Russian economic and social sector reforms on the health and economic viability of its citizens. The RLMS-HSE is maintained jointly by the Carolina Population Center at UNC-Chapel Hill and Demoscope, a Russian research center; it has been conducted yearly since 1992.
MEASURE Evaluation’s work in Russia ended in 2014 and included:
- Participating in instrument design and data analysis for a survey module on maternal and child health and family planning to be implemented as part of the 2010 round of the RLMS-HSE.
- Analyzing the 2010 maternal health data and incorporating stakeholder feedback to prepare a technical report.
