Take I-40 West to exit 273A to merge onto NC-54 East towards Chapel Hill.
Follow NC-54, which becomes Raleigh Road.
Make a right onto Country Club Road.
Make a right onto Battle Lane
Turn left at the stop light onto Franklin Street.
Continue until you reach 123 West Franklin Street (Carolina Square) on the left. MEASURE Evaluation is located on the 2nd and 3rd floors of Building C.
