This spreadsheet is a categorized matrix of capacity-building assessment tools, for use in work to improve capacity for general monitoring and evaluation activities or health information systems, or to strengthen capacity to conduct rigorous evaluation. It is a companion to Assessing and Improving the Capacity of Monitoring and Evaluation and Health Information Systems: Guidance.
