Abstract:

This report presents findings from the 2005 Nigeria Education Baseline Primary School Headmaster and Primary School Teacher Survey. The results of the survey serve as a baseline for the Community Participation for Action in the Social Sector Project (COMPASS). It was implemented in the 51 local government areas (LGA) in the states of Bauchi, Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Kano, Lagos, and Nasarawa where the COMPASS project is being implemented.
