LQAS Triage System: Data Collection and Analysis Tool Abstract:

The Lot Quality Assurance Sampling (LQAS) Triage System is a method for assessing the completeness of data elements in source documents using a sample of client records. Concordance of data elements across data sources can also be assessed.
