Abstract:

Aragash Worku has been a Health Extension Worker (HEW) at Dobena-Bati Health Post in Ethiopia for the last seven years. Zulfah Jemal is the other HEW working with her in the same Health Post. This fact sheet describes the success they have had using the Family Folder, a robust, simplified, and standardized health management information system.

TB DIAH will run until September 2023, PMI Measure Malaria until June 2024, and D4I until September 2023.
