Description:The PRISM Organizational Behavioral Assessment Tool (OBAT) identifies behavioral and organizational determinants, including motivation, confidence, task competence, problem-solving skills, and the organization environment promoting a culture of information. OBAT is conducted in four parts, Part 1 is used at all levels of the health system, Part 2 is to be used at district and higher levels and Part 3 and 4 at the health facility level.
