Organizational Capacity Assessment (OCA) Tool for USAID-Funded Organizations Facilitator's Copy

Author:John Snow, Inc.
Description:The Organizational Capacity Assessment (OCA) tool was designed to enable organizations to define a capacity-building improvement plan, based on self-assessed need. The OCA was initially designed to measure overall capacity of organizations funded by PEPFAR under the New Partners Initiative (NPI). The tool provides organizations with a set of criteria to assess their current management capacity to implement quality health programs and to identify key areas that need strengthening.
