Epidemic Surveillance and Response Weekly Report, Week 32 from 5th – 11th August 2019 Disease surveillance weekly reporting for private facilities are reported by the number of facilities who submitted reports. 116 private health facilities submitted the reports, however only 92 of them submitted the reports on time. .
