It is unknown if Nigeria has a current MFL, but the "National Standard Operating Procedure for the Collection and Management of Integrated Routine Health Data in Nigeria" document mentions that a list of new health facilities is submitted at the beginning of each month to be configured on the DHIS 2 (page 11 of 25).

A new reporting format of the report was adopted in April 2019 and it does not have any information about the completeness of disease surveillance reporting for all states. The Weekly Epidemiological Report: Week 13, 2019 was the last report containing data completeness.
