What Makes a Good Performance Management Plan? A new tool for managers

The “What Makes a Good Performance Management Plan? A new tool for managers” webinar will take place March 22 at 10AM EST.

MEASURE Evaluation PRH project collaborators from Tulane University invite you to attend a 60-minute webinar introducing a recently-developed tool to assist project managers in conducting effective Performance Management Plan (PMP) reviews. The tool provides feedback to implementing partners and is a brief, comprehensive checklist that covers the essential elements of a comprehensive PMP. It includes a results framework and appropriate indicators. 

This webinar will benefit implementing partner staff, USAID managers, and all those with an interest in managing for results in diverse health and development program contexts.

The presenter, Tory M. Taylor, a monitoring and evaluation specialist with MEASURE Evaluation from Tulane University, developed the tool and accompanying documentation. She has worked with USAID Operating Units and partner agencies in South Africa, Bolivia, Guatemala and the Dominican Republic on performance management activities ranging from PMP development to program evaluation.
